I can offer different service packages to help support you as much or as little as you need. These can be charged monthly or on a pay-as-you-go basis and the level of service I will provide depends on the package you choose. I will always try to be cost-effective and offer the most competitive price for the service you require – please get in touch if you would like to discuss working together. Please note that project work or additional consultancy will be charged separately.
If you need support on an on-going basis, then I can offer a retainer package which comes in 3 different levels of support.
HR Advisor support package (from £199 per month):
Services will include:
- Ongoing support via email on basic issues
- Up to 2 hours per month for more complex issues with telephone support
- A discount on consultancy work (i.e. project or training packages)
HR Manager support package (from £349 per month):
Services will cover all those offered in the bronze support package, but also:
- Up to 4 hours per month for more complex issues with telephone support
- A full review of template documents plus basic amendments
- Employment law update training
HR Director support package (please call for price):
Services include all those offered in the other two support packages. This is a fully customisable package where I will work alongside you as a HR Business Partner.
Project work:
If you need help with a specific project or training course, please get in touch. Prices will vary depending on the type of work and the duration of the project.
Pay As You Go option:
If you don’t want to commit to a monthly retainer package, but are in need of some HR support in one of the areas below, please get in touch.
